Federal-Mogul is committed to providing the highest quality parts in the industry.

If for some reason a Carter pump fails within the product's 12 month warranty period, Federal-Mogul will issue a warranty credit or replace the failed product. A new Carter warranty policy has been in effect since January 1, 2004, to support replacement or reimbursement of a failed unit. Full compliance is necessary to receive proper credit.

The following is mandatory to receive credit:

Allegedly defective part must be returned in the Carter box
Strainer used on allegedly defective pump must be returned with pump
Completed Carter warranty tag attached to box (included in the box)
Copy of original repair order or sale invoice to consumer
